The Park
Consani Industrial Park was first commissioned in 1964 when it was built, for the production of gas line tankers. In 2006 the park was acquired and since then we have owned the asset, managed and revamped the facilities being the Consani Industrial Park we all know today.
Consani Industrial Park consists of multiple various small to large commercial and industrial clients, ranging from wood works to steel work to heavy industrial and manufacturing.
Consani Industrial park has a total land size of 103, 000m² with a total of 46, 000m² + under roofing, consisting of 30 small to large warehousing units varying in sizes as well as 16, 000m² of dedicated yard space which is occupied by various trucking and diesel companies.
